Biography:
She holds PhD degree in economics in 2007 (Micro and Macro Aspects of Health Economics in Turkey) from Marmara University, Turkey and M.Sc in Health Services Management from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 1994. She is responsible for research in health economics and health sector projects in CEPS. She is the Project Coordinator of FP7 research project on Assessing Needs of Care in European Nations (ANCIEN) and involved in Indicators for evaluating international performance in service sectors (INDICSER) as health economist.
